Refund policy

AIA Canada is committed to the complete satisfaction of its clients, customers and trainees.  Applications for refunds for course fees should be made in writing to:

I-CAR Canada will normally provide refunds only where written requests (including e-mail) have been received at least 24 hours prior to the start of a course.
